Courtney Baxter is from West Chester PA and became a professional SAG – AFTRA actor when she was 11. Courtney is also a serious student, community activist and founding member of a mentor program in the inner city of Chester PA. She was also honored to represent America’s oldest teen scholarship organization, ANTSO, as Miss National Sweetheart 2012. Courtney has had the awesome opportunity to positively influence young people by demonstrating the importance of academics, community and charitable involvement in their lives.
Courtney’s bookings have spanned many states as a New York City and Los Angeles actor! She especially enjoyed originating the role of “Meghan Cleary” for the Onion News Network where she portrays stereotypical Meghan for internet and television. Courtney is a passionate professional performer, however, her experience has helped her develop an interest in all parts of film production. At age 16, Courtney became an Executive Producer and lead in the festival short drama Reco which garnered many festival nominations and wins. This film was the catalyst for Courtney to find other projects and expand her career skills. She has since Executive Produced and starred as Eve in the horror feature film Hallow’s Eve. 2012 has brought other feature and short film acting opportunities and a first time chance to Co-Produce a feature film for another filmmaker. Her work in film and television has been rewarding and extensive, but education is equally important to Courtney. Currently, she is pursuing both her career and education goals simultaneously while attending Pace University in New York City.
